Mauricio Matallana

⚽ Did you know…? Our coach Mauricio Matallana began his professional football journey in 1994, making his debut with Independiente Santa Fe at just 18 years old. A talented midfielder, Mauricio went on to build a professional career in Colombian football, representing clubs including Santa Fe, Unicosta, Deportivo Pasto, Atlético Bucaramanga and La Equidad. One of his memorable moments came in 2000, when he scored twice against Deportivo Cali — including the winning goal in the final moments of a thrilling 4–3 victory. Today, Mauricio brings that experience, passion and knowledge of the game to the next generation at Cóndor FC. 🦅⚽ From playing professionally to inspiring young players — his journey continues.
